DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Boathouse currently ships via UPS Sure Post to all 50 states within the United States. Our Shipping cost is a flat fee of $12.95. Our MVPoints Members enjoy FREE SHIPPING for all orders $149 and above (members must be logged in to see the Free Shipping Offer) for RETAIL-only products. Custom is not included.

Once your order is processed please allow up to 5-7 business days for its arrival.

If a package is lost or stolen please allow up to 48 hours for our customer care team to review the issue.

INTERNATIONAL
Boathouse currently ships via DHL for International orders. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. 

DELIVERY

Orders placed Monday to Friday before noon EST will begin processing the same day. Orders placed on the weekends or national holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Retail items can take up to 48 hours to fulfill due to constant updates to inventory. If the merchandise you have selected is not in stock, a customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours.
