Refunds (USA only)

Retail Refunds:

• Must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packing lists.
• Final sale/Clearance or special promotional code items are not eligible for refunds.
• Free exchanges are for Domestic only
• International orders are FINAL SALE

Boathouse reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise if we determine the item(s) have been used or worn in any way.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Boathouse will allow price adjustments up to 4 days after purchase. Simply email customer service at [email protected], with your order number and the referenced promotion, and if the product was eligible during that promotion we will honor the price. Some exclusions apply.
