RETURN PROCESS

• To return your package for free via UPS, please enter your Order ID and email address on our RETURNS PAGE. We will process the return in 3-4 days. 
• Include a copy of your order confirmation in the package.
• Please retain the tracking number for your records.

Ship on Your Own

You can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your return shipment.

Boathouse reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our return policies. Returns that do not follow our policy or are unacceptable may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion. 

Return in store

You can visit any of our retail stores and present your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. All items must have the original tags attached.

Refund process

Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days of merchandise receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon our receipt of the item(s). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Custom-designed products cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. If there is a manufacturing error with your custom-designed products, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange for a repair.
